1. About us

This website, lupitacosmetics.com (the “Site”), is operated by  Axies International LLC a Delaware  limited liability company (“Lupita Cosmetics,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We sell cosmetic and personal care products from Mexican brands, including Nunn Care and KJ Beauty. We try to show product colors, sizes and descriptions accurately, but packaging and appearance may vary slightly. Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person.

4. Safe use

Read the label and ingredient list before use. We recommend a patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs, and consult a healthcare professional if it continues. Keep products out of reach of children.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed by third-party providers Stripe or Zelle. We do not store your full card number.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will issue a full refund.

7. Shipping

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days via USPS, to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package. We recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout.

8. Returns and damaged items

For health and hygiene reasons, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are valid only for the period stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

10. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is honest, is your own, and reflects your real experience. You give us permission to display it on the Site and our social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to the product.

11. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Axies International LLC  or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or use our content without permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it for fraudulent purposes.

13. Disclaimer

The Site and products are provided “as is,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in United States Of America, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its effective date, applies to your use of the Site and to orders placed after it is posted.
